Circle City Ministries
Henry Pippins is Pastor and director of Circle City Ministry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pastor Pippins and his wife Crystal assumed leadership of the inner city ministry in January 2013—integrating it with their Total Life Training Center to establish a fully operating church and outreach center for the homeless.
Pippins retired from Corporate America in March 2013 as the president and COO of Great Lakes Casualty Insurance Company (Grand Rapids, Michigan) and Grain Dealers Mutual Insurance Company (Indianapolis, IN)—both subsidiaries of the Main Street America Group where he also served as Vice President and Head of Commercial Insurance from 2006-2010. Prior to that position, Henry was senior business executive for two of the top ten Property/Casualty Insurance companies, The Hartford and CNA Financial for 27 years.
Pippins is a 2005 recipient of the National Eagle Leadership Institute’s CareerFOCUS Eagle Award. He is a board member of the Indiana Insurance Institute, the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), The Ball State University Miller School of Business, The Indianapolis Salvation Army and the National Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety.
Pastor Pippins is currently completing a PhD program in Counseling at Trinity Theological Seminary (Newburgh, IN) with an anticipated completion date of January 2014.
