Last year, in one my Editor’s pages for CareerFOCUS Magazine, I offered my take on innovation. My premise was, and still is, that innovation doesn’t always require us chase the newest, fastest, product or thing. Instead, innovation could be as simple as delivering an existing product or service in a way that renews excitement or responds to your audience in a different way. My advice to our readers was this: Before you look outward for the next big thing, check to see if you’ve got a bird in the hand, and be careful not to overlook viable opportunities that exist right under your nose.
Well, I took my own advice and asked my team at NELI how we could begin to think different about the services we offer and how we might repackage them into something relevant to our members. That ongoing conversation helped launch this new website and a growing library of content to help you lead.
