David Casey

WellPoint, Inc.
David joined WellPoint in December of 2001 where he lead the development and execution of enterprise wide strategies to leverage diversity management for the company's 42,000 associates and 36 million customers in the U.S.
Prior to WellPoint, David was the Regional Director of Business Development for Bernard Hodes Group where he consulted with regional, national, and international clients including Eli Lilly & Company, Rolls-Royce North America, Thomson Multimedia, Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Purdue University, and American Family Insurance.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in Operation Desert Storm, David currently serves on the board of directors for Park Tudor School (Class of '86), among numerous
other boards and appointments, and is a contributing columnist for Profiles in Diversity Journal
magazine. David has been cited in DiversityInc, the Indianapolis Star, and African American
Career World.
As a guest lecturer for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a frequent keynote speaker, David brings a wealth of information and insight to his audiences. He has been the
featured keynote for the Indiana CPA Society, the New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, the
Indianapolis Business Journal Diversity in Practice Conference, the International Quality &
Productivity Center, the Conference Board, the Indiana State Health Care Human Resources
Association and the National Restaurant Association.

Gregg brings 25 years of management and consulting experience, is a member of various civic
and professional organizations, has served on numerous public company and not-for-profit
boards, and holds a Master of Science degree in organization development from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
