Center for Creative Leadership
As a Senior Faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), Ancella Livers works on the Design and Delivery team where she helps clients gain clarity around their leadership needs and co-creates dynamic solutions to meet those needs. Livers has held numerous leadership roles at CCL including global director of open enrollment programs, global program manager of CCL’s flagship offering the Leadership Development Program (LDP®) and program manager of several other programs including the Foundations of Leadership, the African-American program and the Women’s Leadership program.
Livers has also worked with The Executive Leadership Council® (ELC) where she served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Leadership Development and Research. Among other published works, Livers is co-author of the book, Leading in Black and White: Working across the Racial Divide and of the Harvard Business Review article “Dear White Boss.”
She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Hampton Institute, a M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and a M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Carnegie Mellon University.
