In addition to operating Caver Consulting, Keith Caver is North American Practice Leader for Towers Watson. In this role, he advises organizations on a broad range of talent solutions including succession planning, leadership assessment and feedback, talent assessment, leadership development and senior team alignment.
Prior to joining Towers Watson, Keith was a Vice President and Talent Management Principal at Right Management.
He began his focus on leadership while in the military and, upon retirement, immediately joined the business sector initially leading the Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL®) global assessment center and customer service business. He later assumed responsibility for the North America segment.
Following CCL, Caver joined Development Dimensions International (DDI) and served as the visionary and chief architect for DDI’s global executive development business.
Keith’s consulting and coaching practice spans multiple industries and business sectors across the globe.
He holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) from Park University, an M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill’s Senior Executive Program and has completed post-graduate work through the University of Alabama.
